We find your next growth lever
and build it.

Divonis is a small squad of senior builders. Every successful company has gravity: the core business pulls your best people toward today. We carry the bets for what's next: new ways to win customers, new revenue streams, AI running in production. We learn your business inside and out and lay the options in front of you, with the numbers to judge them. Then we build your bet live, in step with your team, at startup speed.

Engagements begin with the Growth Sprint. We take a handful of established companies a year.

Why we exist

A founding team you can point at your company.

Companies are built by founding teams and run by operators. Both are essential. But new bets are founding work, and founder DNA is hard to find on any payroll. We founded Divonis to close that gap: pointed at one growth bet at a time. We extend your business and accelerate growth.

Customers you're not winning yet.

This is how we learn your market in and out, moving like a startup: which value proposition works, with which customers, before you bet big. In practice: customer and competitive research, quick surveys, test pages and offers, small paid campaigns with fast verdicts.

Products you haven't built yet.

This is where we learn your product like owners, then shape what to build and how, and deliver the first working version. First versions are founding work. Your team takes it from there. In practice: your data, customer interviews, the support pulse.

AI you haven't put to work yet.

This is where we find what AI can earn or save in your business, then build it into production. In practice: a map of your data, personalization systems, workflows rebuilt around AI.

Directional examples, not a menu. Your bet comes from your business and your data: finding it is the Sprint's job.

How we work

From bet to line of growth

A small startup team working inside your company, in a way your company can live with: one bet at a time, a check-in rhythm agreed with your stakeholders, numbers you see as we see them, and a clean handover at the end.

  1. The Growth Sprint

Some clients arrive with a specific bet, others with a direction. Either way we start the same: meeting your key stakeholders, learning the business, collecting insight and initial research. It ends with the bet proposal: what we'd do, what it could be worth, what it takes to run.

    Four to six weeks

  2. The Bet

We run the bet end to end: research into build, build into live customers, live customers into numbers your board can read. Every month you see exactly where it stands. It ends with something working: a campaign your team scales, a product's first version, an AI system in production, plus everything needed to run it without us.

    The bet sets the clock

  3. Support

Some clients keep us close through a support engagement: training your people, strategy sessions, periodic reviews of how the bet is performing. Light-touch, and only for as long as it's useful.

    After the handover

Who carries the bet

The founder's name is on the door.

Divonis is led by Yuri Dvoinos: a founder who built and sold two companies, grew consumer products past 50 million users, and spent five years running innovation inside a company that is now public. When the name on the door is the founder's, accountability has nowhere to hide. He finds the bet and owns the number with you.

The founding team

The three of us met inside Aura's innovation team and have been building new bets together for six years: AI protection used by millions, a kids' platform from idea to launch, then Mokko, an AI design agent in Figma that 800 designers installed before we closed it on the evidence. Now we build yours.

Where to start

The easiest way to your next growth lever.

We come in with your brief, however rough, work with your team through the data, the market, and the customers, and test where the ground is uncertain. It ends with the bet proposal: the plan, the prize, and the price.

Talk to founder

From the founder

The call is with me. I've spent seventeen years on growth, as a founder and inside a large company, and I've watched enough bets to know the patterns: what tends to work, what quietly doesn't. Tell me about your business and the number that has to move. I'll tell you what I see, and if I can help, I'll say so straight away. No pitch. Just two people talking about your growth.
